Published Texas Tech University’s Fiduciary Studies Textbook - 2000

It was a great honor to have been hired by Texas Tech University's Center for Financial Responsibility to write a textbook. The final book was over 700 pages long and detailed every law, regulation, and concept involved in pension management and investing. Having written that book was a great source of pride and accomplishment. It, too, provided me with the bona fides needed to rise to the highest levels of public policy debate over investment ethics and pension standards.
