Professional Expansion in the Treasure Valley
In February 2025 while working for a Treasure Valley transportation company, I received a call from a contractor at Micron/Exyte (later Micron/Hoffman) stating that its subcontractor had filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and that there was an urgent need to fill the role of transporting construction workers from a common parking lot to multiple on-site locations. Workers needed timely transport to metal fabrication, concrete assembly, crane operations, plumbing, electrical, and heavy machinery areas. Without transport, work would halt. I had three days to negotiate a contract, bring charter buses onto the site, and locate CDL-licensed drivers. As demanding as that was, what followed mattered even more. As the Micron site expanded, I acquired additional buses, hired more employees, and scaled operations to support demand. From February through August 2025, I tripled company revenue and headcount while maintaining strong relationships with Micron executives, general contractors, site contractors, site workers, and hundreds of security and support staff.
