Meaningful Leadership Training
I learned a lot about leadership during my work on Capitol Hill. I learned even more from prison. The leadership training I teach is timely and valuable because it targets today’s core deficits: trust erosion, transactional relationships, and ambition-over-ethos cultures...with a rigorous, teachable framework. My essays advance concrete tools (e.g., a formal “calculus of trust” that makes connection measurable) and re-center leadership around allyship, ethos, and protective loyalty rather than performative friendship or title, chasing, turning abstract virtues into daily practices leaders can actually apply in teams and boardrooms. The credibility behind it...years advising national policymakers, a research-informed approach, and the E.P.I.C.™ “Defeat the Defeat” program, signals a practitioner-scholar who unites moral clarity with operational utility, exactly what organizations need to rebuild safety, alignment, and long-term influence.
Most notably, this training was provided in 2024 and 2025 to The State of Idaho Department of Education and Idaho Association of Pupil Transportation.
